Year 8 and 9 Adelaide Camp 2016

On the 18th of December 2016, a group of 18 odd year 8-9 students flew to Adelaide for their Pastoral Care camp to end the year. The five day trip was a great experience for the students who had an unforgettable time. The students visited various places of interest and undertook some fun activities. Some of these included the Cleland Wildlife Park where students hand fed kangaroos and emus and enjoyed breathtaking scenery on Mt.Lofty, one of Adelaide's highest summits. The students enjoyed the cool breeze on their walk at Semaphore beach and even tasted some of the amazing cherries present in Adelaide's fruit farms. They enjoyed an amazingly competitive outing in their indoor go-karting experience as well as a fun game of bowling.

The Sirius College year 9-10 pastoral care teams will continue on with their programs in 2017, with various after-school programs, weekend day trips, camps, sleep overs, excursions and the establishment of clubs (wrestling, tennis, basketball, futsal etc.). If you are interested in any of these please do not hesitate to get in touch with the PC department.
